Programs typically run 8–10 weeks and represent a significant professional investment. All coaching engagements are subject to a separate written agreement.
Direct facilitation and mediation services for high-stakes, time-sensitive conflict situations. These are bespoke engagements subject to Doug's availability and are governed by separate scoped agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Douglas E.
